1995 Jeep YJ Sahara... Making Gains !

Natalia grew a little bit (10 inches) with #6inchRoughCountry lift,
and 35 inch tires with 17" #Ultra wheels. I love how it all turned out, and am excited to get going on the bumpers and winch now. Thanks to #Capit for doing the lift, hopefully I have the time for the rest of the mods.

That is very good information that you shared with everyone. Giving the before measurement will help lots of people answer the question "How much lift do I have?". I should have done that with Rust Bucket but I didn't even think about it. Nice rig BTW!!! Great video, keep it up 😀

Looks good. Be glad you had someone do the lift for you. I did my '94 last December and it was difficult. I have the tools and the experience but stuff was rusted and siezed. I stayed with pretty much stock springs 1 inch shackles and 30's still raised it almost 4 inches! Gotta love the old YJ's.

Looks awesome bud. Not many YJs in that good of shape. She is gorgeous. I have a 90 YJ. Was going to go with bumpers and stuff too, but decided to stay stock looking with a 5" lift and 33s. I don't off road her because of her condition, so the lifted stock look works for me. Lol. I have Adams Rough Trail SYE, and their f&r drive shafts. 4.10s with an Eaton Trutrac just to mention a few mods. Lol. Not many YJs left that are not cut up or severely modded. Even less Saharas. Pinion angle. It's what is causing driveline vibrations. Your rear shaft should be a cv shaft and the pinion on your rear axle should be pointed directly at the transfer case output pinion. With that fixed you can not only take out the belly pan drop but do a 1" motor mount lift and install a flat belly skid plate for more ground clearance. Happy wheeling let's see this thing off road.

They have no identification on them, but they were just tubes that my buddy put checker plating onto. Thanks for watching .

Looks great! What’s the offset on those 17x9 rims? Any tire rub on the frame turning lock to lock or Sahara fender plastics? Knowing what you know now would you do anything different? Thx

They are -12 offset and only touch on the front right when cranking it really hard to the left. It is so slight though. I wish I would have went -24 and got them out even more though, for stability, so I am going to add 1 inch wheel spacers. It will look better as well, because I plan on adding a flat style fender flare like the Bushwacker 6 inch. Cheers

Its a D35 soon to be changed out to a Ford 8.8 (4.10) and some sort of locker. Thanks !

She is definitely stiffer then before. Steering wise it is no different then it was before, other then feeling a bit more weight in the steering because of the 35s ! Cheers

They came with it when I got it from a friend. I don't know what company sells them but saw them online once. The checker plate was added after. If I come across them again, I will send the link to you !
