It's not about how many fans are there . What matters is how a team wins a championship. This is a great video

This had to be all the sweeter for the Devils and their fans given what happened the year before losing both game 6 and 7 vs the Rangers in the ECF. You knew that 95 team was on a mission and they delivered.

Still my favorite Devils team of all time! Lemaire had us executing the trap better than any other team in history! Randy McKay 8 goals in the Stanley Cup playoffs that year as a 4th Liner? That’s unheard of! With those NHL rules in 1995, this team could beat any Stanley Cup winning team! We were too big too strong and too fast for every team that season

They had similar celebrations at the arena. I attended those, so I wasn't able to record them.

@@DevilzFan they said there was about 20 k people at the 95 celebration. were they bigger in 2000 and 2003 or the same size? also was 2003's celebration bigger than 2000. thanks for the insight. awesome video

@@infoguy1978 they did get bigger with each one. I don't know the exact numbers though.

@@DevilzFan last question, did each one get a lot bigger or just a little? sorry. your feedback is much appreciated.

@@infoguy1978 2003 was quite a bit bigger than 2000 from memory. I remember having to park at the old Giants Stadium and walk over to Continental Airlines Arena. Whereas is 2000 there was plenty of parking available around CAA.

Small Crowd, Devils never had many fans thanks to the Rangers and Flyers. Do you know how much they drawer for 2003?

@@sheastadium2008 when my Blues won this year, there were approximately 300,000 people at the parade. Possibly more than any Cardinals parade

@@sheastadium2008we were still a young team inside/to the whole NHL! I mean Rangers were an original 6 club and the Islanders had a 4 year in a row Dynasty from the 1970s and 1980s so we had a lot of competition in the whole NY/NJ area so that’s not fair that people were saying that back then but it’s safe to say we’ve earned our stripes and respect since 😂 3 Cups 5 Cup Finals and the newest up and coming team in the league now that can rival any team and any duo with our Dynamic duo of Hughes and Hischier including McDavid and Drysaitl
