At first I didn't know if I was insulted by how he spoke of some of the things but I was also laughing my rear end off too! 26:47 (I have a Ford obsession. LOL) But, the reality is, this is the same way I go about things when teaching others. This video is golden for multiple reasons. I'm also having an issue with my '04 transmission so this is a big helper. this is a no frills, no b.s. type of video. which i love to pieces for that! Fast forwarding through the tedious, but he's also showing it, so if you need to slow the video down to figure some things out then you're not left in the dark. I could go on and on. This exhaust is aftermarket. Measure center to center on bolt holes, and exhaust diameter on the inside. Call maperformance, or something.

That top bolt both sides can be taken off with a long wrench through the engine bay

People tell you what they want you to do, talk to you about a hot rod magazine, do everything they want, to find out that sometimes it runs like crap, and is slower than what they started with. Big dreams gone bad. If they just freshen everything up, and stick with the program, it's usually better.

Some manual transmissions call for it, it’s not like it’s interchangeable between any manual transmission. May be a Ford thing, as my 5 speed ranger also called for atf, although that transmissions was made by Mazda I believe, maybe other fords trannys are too. Anyways, go with what your owners manual or an expert says for your specific transmission.

really shouldnt fill over about 3.2 quarts on these transmissions can really make a difference, also chevy synchromesh seems to be the best all around fluid, with royal purple being close behind, BUT its a ford so itll be fine doesnt need anything too fancy.
