You're supposed to take the bumper off the inside at 3:15am? Are those bolts for the bottom of the bumper? I want to fix mine as some clips/bolts are either missing or loose and the bumper is about to fall off. Although mine is a 95 SC300 non-vvti.

You clearly don't know that you are suppose to use heat to bend fiberglass.
