Hello, I am writing to you from Turkey. I own a 1997 model Subaru legacy with an automatic transmission 2.5 gx engine. The problem with my car is that the signals to the idle control valve and accelerator pedal position sensor are incorrect. Unfortunately, I could not find masters in Turkey who would value this raj and make an effort to do this job. I have a fix schema with the values ​​that these connections should have, but I don't have the knowledge to do that. How can you help me about this issue? What do you charge to do that? Do you ever do the complete swap for people? A few years back I bought a 1976 VW transporter and paid a friend that has worked on vw's for years. Well 3 years later my engine is still locked up and he spent my money. So not sure what I'm going to do with it. I've been through 4 major back operations so fixing it myself isn't an option. I like the vw's but don't like the constant adjustments they need. Subaru swap is the way I need to go. The VW purest can bitch all they want, it's not their car. It now has the 2000cc fuel injected factory engine in it.

+Rick Hurt Hey Rick, I do the conversions as well as the harnesses and I also build the parts needed for the conversions. The wiring harness runs $450. You can see more on my website - Busaru.com Sounds like you got a raw deal with the engine swap for your 76 - hopefully you can get that resolved someday.
