I love the shorts and top uniforms, or even the swimsuits. Seem much more comfortable than the horrible bikinis they wear this year (2021). The men don't wear uniforms that show butt cracks.

Gone are the days when women wanted to wear one piece swimsuits in beach volleyball.

The bikini is mandatory in some beach volleyball competitions because they recognize that men won't watch it, and they need a large viewing audience for the league to be successful. At least in the Olympics they're free to wear what they want, but most are wearing skimpy outfits with their butts hanging out because popularity and social media followers = sponsorships
