In this video I'm going to be working on a 1998 Toyota 4runner with a 4 cylinder 3rz fe. I'm going to be fixing a oil leak coming from the front cover of the oil pump.

In my case it was that o ring gasket, but it could also be the seal.

You can use parts cleaner/ brake cleaner.

@mysterygarageCA I have a friend mechanic who told me the oil leak was from the dipstick O-ring a big mess. He was going to help me with a couple of things. But he rolled his ankle. So I replaced it myself and the coolant temperature sensor. It went well. But it's a mess down there and it's still leaking from somewhere ugh

About how long did the whole process take from skid plate off to skid plate back on!! Also what size was the crew head? Looked like a fat one #3?!
