@frugalprepper lol yup. My wifes old car, 1 owner 150k, just sitting. Used to hat hondas only drove trucks then i got a 92 civic hatchback for $400 and was getting closebto 50 mpg! Had a few hondas through the years, Love them. And i beat the shut out of a few, almost indestructible, almost.

I don't remember taking that strut pinch bolt off or wishbone off the strut. Looks like you short on 1/2 dr impact sockets. The Pittsburgh work. Make aure you get the one with the 18mm. If not you gone have the aquire one. Another different between mechanics, I reach for power tools first. Hand tools is a last resort.

well you are not going to get the Axle out or in without removing the wishbone on a Honda. I prefer to use hand tools for getting out rusty bolts so I have a chance to work them back and forth before they break off. I have plenty of 1/2 in drive impact sockets, just didn't want to get back up and get it. I have never had any issue using my chromes on an impact. When they go bad I take them back to harbor freight and they give me a new one.
