I actually like it. I mean in the 80's the hairstyles and dresses were obviously pretty ugly. But there's nothing particularly ugly about the styling of the 90's, it's just different from what we see today.

Yes she was! She finished 4th. Brooke Lee beat her by .07 to get into the top 3. Miss Universe was so close to being a different story. I liked Brooke. Tennessee is the one I would have switched with Florida in the top 3.
