Czech quality + engine Skoda ,,push - rod,, aluminium engine, 1st gen was from 60's - Renault bought it for their cheapest cars . . last mod of that engine (presure casting aluminium with AL head (Favorit engine)) was last time used in 2001 with few Fabia + Octavia Skoda created also new prototype of modern engine DOHC, never went into serial production (managers from Skoda were using it inside their Favorits . .) (Volkswagen had different engines with 1,400 ccm) at late 80's Volswagen was offering licence of engine 1300ccm which was 120 kg weight this OHV (push-rod) 1.3 Skoda engine had about 85 kg in 1987 (with Al head)

You're probably right, but at least he was able to shift more than first 2 gears like me 😂. I drove Felicia twice and I just drove slowly on first two gears, I tried to shift the third gear, but I couldn't find it 😂. And yes, I drive a car with manual gearbox, but was made in 2018
