informative but made me very uncomfortable when u were not able to crank it, lol and the best part was u kept ur cool. I guess the issue was u clicked 2 keys programming but u went for 3 keys!

my car is an S type R 2007, i have replaced the battery but its not responding to any of the buttons on the key fob. I am unlocking and locking manually! It starts perfect as well but non of the buttons on the keyfob work!

My old key fob ignition stick broke off in ignition so I bought a replacement key fob but can't find the old one .can I still program the new key fob?

some vehicles will show the key not programmed until you come right out of the system and give bcm and or immo system time to register new key

Good information on your videos. I am having issues with an 2001 Jaguar s type With an ignition switch. I replaced the ignition switch and being told the car will require programming. Yet I have called many locksmith in my area and no one seems to be able to do it. I had one had one guy tell me the "car requires a special scanner tool similar to Ford." I guess my question is: does it require programming? Have come across this issue?

What transponder does this model use? 48 or 4D60?

Yeah, I believe it was in programming mode. Once you got it out of that mode it showed them programmed. The tool tells me sometimes to turn the car off for 10mins and try the key if it doesn't start. It says this all the time but has never happened. Bit that was scary. My biggest fear in this business is adding a key and all keys getting erased. Because now the customer has a broken car lol.
