that's the power steering making that noise, and all the wiring is a fire Hazzard upgrading the solid front axle was a bad idea it puts extra strain on the transfer case and transmission as well as the bigger tires it looks ametruly done so I'm sure he didn't replace the rear gears to compensate for shift points on the transmission. KBB has these trucks for between 1300-2000 in good condition with low miles. you can't expect someone to pay extra for mods that where not professionaly done for the very reason of there could be no gears in the front end, a bad drive shaft, motor problems that leave you looking for parts that don't fit a a normal expedition. I'm sure it is a great truck it looks nice but most trucks like this have been driven hard you don't do a solid front axle swap for a daily driver. if I was selling it I would fix the cosmetic thing's first it will definitely increase the appeal of pricing for the truck and find new doors for it no one buys a full size two door SUV

You need your control arms, track bar (pandhard) for centering the axle, a used sway bar, lift springs, drag link, and possibly another steering link. You build those, you've got it done. You just need your axle after that and control arms for the rear. You can reuse your original rear sway bar with extended links. You can run a single, heavy radius arm setup for the upper control arm back to your lower control arm. That eliminates the need for 4 control arms binding up front, it will hold your driveline locked in and free of axle wrap. It's not as intimidating as it looks, you can build it... it will cost up to 8k you to pay someone to do it all.
