1998 Volkswagen Golf Mk4 Boot Lock/Handle Removal & Refit

Today we are removing the tailgate handle and lock on a 1998 VW Golf Mk4, this can be done if your replacing a faulty handle or lock barrel.
Tools needed,
- T25 Torx screwdriver
- Small pick (preferably a hook style or 90 degree bend)
- 10mm 1/4 drive socket
- 1/4 drive extension bar (any length)
- Hammer
Parts needed,
- Either a new lock barrel or handle depending on what your changing.

When we say tighten it up if it needs torquing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, as all vehicles are different.
