What a great throwback break, if I could find the stuff for like 70 or 80 bucks a box maybe I would buy it, but it’s insanely expensive. Your box was my dream box though, because I was a huge Forsberg fan back in the day.

The 98 99 opc chrome is super rare and expensive. Has the Gretzky blast from the past refractor that goes for 1500 plus.

I have loved this since day 1. I still pull these cards out to look at them on a regular basis. I haven't paid attention to their monetary value for a very long time and I really don't care too. This is just one of my favorite sets that I just like to look at. I know a lot of newer and younger collectors don't think much of the cards from the 90's but the technology and designs from the 90's are the foundation of a lot of current products. And personally I think they still look a lot nicer than a lot of newer products. Great video as always. Now I'm off to go through my sets of this once again. #Dryden

It's a good point Angus. Given how much the 90s are derided, the late 90s in particular were foundational for the hobby as we know it today. The dead zone was really just the early 90s, and those Pro Set and Score sets. The mid-90s introduced metal, autos and mems, and were really inspired design-wise. They were the precursor for shiny NBA and NFL cards going ballistic.

Hey Robert. Self-evident right? That's why I reflected it towards the light and mentioned the card value, even though I hate discussing $$ on my channel. But, the real reason I don't always name cards is I use subtitles with both the name and the odds of hitting that exact card: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mKCrZKBjfamKg9k. So my breaks are really interactive, and require some reading.
