Just a quick video showing how I replaced the front brake pads & rotors on a 2002 Lexus RX300. This is basically the same process for many Lexus years and models along with some Toyotas as well.
Tools Needed:
Small pry bar or Strong Flathead Screwdriver
12mm socket and/or wrench
17mm socket and/or wrench
Breaker bar or impact wrench is helpful
Torque wrench
Brake Grease
Torque specs I found online: 25 ft. lbs for the front caliper slide pin bolts and 79 ft. lbs for the Front Caliper bracket bolts. (I recommend checking that in your manual to make sure that's correct.)

Thanks for the video! I will do my breaks on my own! Do the pads come with a label saying which one goes in the inside and which one goes on the outside or either o e would work on either side??

I'm doing this myself. The pads will not be labeled. But there is a specific pattern for the front and back. When you take the old pads off you will see how the new ones will go on.
