As a young family with kids we loved our yellow Kangoo 1st generation. Also had a green twingo, we were like Wallace & Gromit .... Best car concept I"ve ever driven, this is what a car must be: not a status object, but an economical and incredible flexible car as a mover, on family camping holidays, going furniture shopping in Ikea etc. The actual friendlyness in usability and the simplicity of the car makes the design all the better for it .....Give me the choice between a ferrari and my yellow Kangoo, I'd so love to have my dear old Kangoo back. The best family friend we ever had ....

I had one panel van for work.70 HP 1.5 dCi. Its weight was probably 950-970 kg. Man,inside it felt that I am going really fast.Fun cars.Those Renaults were so lightweight back then.It was very flexible car.

I spent two weeks of holidays with a red Kangoo 1.2 but 16V with 75 CV. It seemed to me a great mini van but consum was a little high. In city 9-10 l. In highway at 100 km/h ( very logic speed for this van) was 8l/100 and if you drive near of max speed (130-140) the consum is more than 11l. Apart of this, the van id really practic and you can find parking space in the city easily. Good test Joe, much more like this, please!!!!

I have a suggestion.... (This is just my opinion) It would be better if you made a video like this: 1. Casual drive 2. Highway drive 3. 0-60 acceleration test 4. 60-0 brake test 5. Handling test 6. Old road 7. Overtaking another car 8. Engine view That's my suggestion i feel if you make a video like that it would give people more info about the cars overall performance... Still great videos!

I owned one a white 2001 Renault Kangoo 1.0L 8V, 5 speed, panel van brought it for a store I have. Was fun make it to top speed and see his fuel-injection cut-off in higher RPM in 5th gear hehehe (150KPH in dash)

I love this car and I miss it I learned driving in it and I’ve done so much roadtrips in it. But I have to sell ist for 300€ because maintenance in Germany was to expensive, an I had around 220.000km on the engine.
