The exhaust and water discharge should becoming out of the center of the prop. The boot is broke or missing that carries the water and exhaust to the outdrive. Exhaust is going past the prop blades causing cavitation. This is why the boat is slow and loud too.

I was thinking the same thing. My 4.3 is quiet ( a bit Winney) not as throaty as this.

Your idle in neutral seems to be set high, I noticed the tach was sitting around 1200 RPM and the prop was spinning a bit fast once you popped it into drive. You might be burning a bit rich so I'd make an adjustment on the idel setting and get it around 1000 RPM. 900 RPM in forward gear is the perfect trolling You get it running around that range, and it'll run like a top.
