I changed Mass Airflow Sensor on my 99 VW V6 Passat and engine light still reads faulty. Any suggestions?

Clean the mass air flow sensor with MAF sensor cleaner. Then 2-3 times with MAF sensor cleaner soaked cotton buds. Gently you will remove 21 years of sticky dirt from it, soon you will see the sensor metal plate will shine like a mirror, clean another sensor probe on the other narrow side. At the same time change the engine air filter and change the spark plugs. After that merge into highway and feel the turbo after a loooong time. Enjoy. 🙂👍

Hello, i would like to hear your opinion on my problem. Have 2004 VW Passat B5.5 2.0l engine (Europe market). I have fault code P0102 Mass air flow sensor, signal too low. At idle it shows me that mass flow is around 2.5 g/s (wich is about 0.34 lb/min). Is it too low, beacuse i can't really find what are normal values for this model (or any other). My biggest suspicion is that Air flow sensor is faulty, but vehicle runs completley normal, except when i release throttle, it hold idle at around 1300-1500rpm for a few seconds. Here is the video so you can see what am I talking about: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZuneXeripupmck&ab_channel=Rakee Thanks!
