I’ve been on a natural beauty journey since April 2021. No weave, no lashes. I realized that I didn’t feel “pretty,” without all the extra’s so here I am (: Best decision ever. My confidence and self esteem has never been higher. I’m learning to love myself for me and I’m also saving money lol.

🤎✨☀️🌟🤎Great conversation!! It makes my heart happy to hear you men uplifting women. Adding value to a womens natural beauty is much needed nowadays. Thank you for that. The bonnet thing yeah I agree especially. Silk pillow cases have protected my hair for years even now that I’m loc’d. Just my preference. The world is getting back to the basics so we gotta get/stay tapped in to what spirit is speaking. Stay connected to nature. And I think the plant medicine ceremony is 100% necessary before getting engaged. The more I learn I am open to do a ceremony even before dating again. My time is valuable and I’m treating it accordingly

Seriously though, and as always, these convos are helpful to keep us mindful. I was having a conversation today with a work colleague and I complimented him on the work he does in his building a school curriculum teaching young ppl how to combat social injustice in court; I gave my input which he found valuable and at the same time we spoke about how we have to have real confidence in who God made us so we’re not swept away in the spiral that is social media.

Thank you for saying so. This kind of conversation has been missing. It's been disheartening to hear men and women rant over each other.
@mariebright69852 жыл бұрын
Shalom men of valour. I enjoyed listening to all of you express the uniqueness of your intelligence and it is beautiful to see men care about real life issues while executing ways to bring resolve to them. I see that you all were discussing the systems that are built around marriage, even the system behind the wedding ring. First, I would like to say that marriage is a covenant that needs to be treated with respect and with honor. It is a covenant that should never be taken lightly. And this covenant is beneficial for the man and the woman when it comes to the building of an intimate relationship because it protects the sacredness of the image that the man and the woman identifies with through the covenant. When the man and the woman expresses the image of God, they are also taking on His principles, His standards, and His divine morality. God is a Divine Being of covenant. And covenant is very important to The Most High. Because His image identifies with His loyalty, His faithfulness, commitment, and dedication to relationship and to the relationship He has with the laws that help to protect how everything functions, flows, and moves with His existence, such as mankind and creation. He is about oneness, wholeness, unity, harmony, peace, divine order, and balance. To be in a covenant like marriage is to express those very things mentioned about The Most High God. So it is not ok, or even safe, or healthy to try to establish a long term relationship with someone from an intimate perspective outside of being in the right kind of covenant, which is the covenant of marriage. To engage in all the benefits that marriage supports outside of actually being in the covenant itself still leaves the man and woman "uncovered and unprotected" by The Most High. The Most High cannot honor a relationship like that because it goes against His image and His principles. And neither can He place His blessing or inheritance upon that relationship. This is why dating should not be taken lightly. Dating is the realm where people truly get to know each other. Dating will expose the true connection from the ones that are unfit. Because dating is built to bring two people together beyond a soul tie. A real and authentic connection comes from the spirit man. There has to be a spirit to spirit connection and not just a soul to soul connection. A spirit to spirit connection creates room for real transparency and true accountability. A spirit to spirit connection protects the kingdom build of both persons regardless of where they are in their walk in life and in their development. And a spirit to spirit connection varies, it does not necessarily have to be developed over time, because some people have had instant connections with people they met through dating in a short time span. So it depends on the person's involved. Now the wedding ring is used in marriage because it gives language to the structure of who God is and to the structure to who and what love is and to the true nature of the structure of covenant. And from what I found out, the use of the ring in marriage comes from the ancient Egyptian culture. They used it for a symbol of love. And they are not at all far from the truth. The ring is circular in formation which reveals how love identifies with eternity. It is an eternal spirit because that is who The Most High is. He is love and He is eternal. The circular formation of the ring reveals the loyalty, the commitment, and devotion that is demonstrated in this sacred union. The ring reveals how marriage is built on The Most High's harmony, peace, solidity, wholeness, balance, unity, divine order, and oneness. The wedding ring reveals protection, fortitude, resilience, strength of character, firmness of purpose, strength of spirit, soul, and mind. As we can see there are no spaces or breaks within a wedding ring. It is solid all the way around. This reveals how the husband and his wife would identify with the things just mentioned. They would identify with those things mentioned because it is The Most High who helps them to bring these thing into fruition in their personal lives and within this covenant. I hope that helped to bring some clarity on why married people wear wedding rings.

“We’re going to have to learn how to deal with the problems that aren’t directly in our face from the next generation “ (paraphrase) . Dang that hit me like wow 19. Steve, his / your book sounds suuuupperrrr beneficial for anyone who not only is experiencing conflict with friends / associations but also flesh and blood families who act and mistreat is the same way. When I left my family to live with women from my church….that’s when I got it the worst !!!! My name was dragged everywhere but as The Most High promises, he will vindicate those who are obedient. Those who have confidence in this new way of thinking, living & being.

First and foremost BM, we wear bonnets to protect the moisture in our hair and the hairstyle itself. I agree it should be wore for only that reason. Second, you don't dispose of a partner bc you have healed. You reintroduce yourself as your healed version and learn him or her on that level. I don't think it's fair to get into relationships just to heal.

24:08 oorrrrrr just wear bomb ass mascara and COMB YOUR LASHES LADIES! Legit!! Just COMB THEM!! THANK ME LATER!! Take care of your eyelashes as if IT IS YOUR HAIR on YOUR HEAD!! My natural lashes are ab 1-2 inches and when I put mascara on my lashes are FREAKING gorgeous❕❗️ everyone notices and this is my universal message!! There’s literally little mites and bugs that live there- I wear contacts, prescribed and tinted… I tell ppl all the time these are contacts but they tell me they look like I should have this color eyes-- The lashes, is what attracts the attn tho.. it’s MY aesthetic and I love it 😻 😊 🥰 Lashes are hairs.. WASH THEM!

And i believe this is why everyones journey should be a discovery of self. Not in a selfish way. So you dont have to worry about the pressure of someone else's narrative trying to narrate your story. It should feel freeing. A man should be able to be with a woman who is bound to keep changing without trying to ABOUND her into conforming to his small ways of thinking. It isnt a competition but the way the matrix manipulates energy can make it seem impossible to get certain points across.

This is why we have balance community spirituality art and dance meditation sport . Also we have to redesign everything that makes both people happy . Study different cultures and get ideas 💡. I grew up with Tiffany's jewelry and had Diamonds in high school. I am not to this day a jewelry person. Truthfully I never liked Diamonds. Marriage is a piece of paper recognized by the legal law system only. What makes Marriage sacred? It's not the paper or the ring as we see today and growing up. What is commitment and true love? I think people are in love with the idea 💡 🤔 not the true meaning, sacrifices, loyalty, values and truth. Who are you and who are you marrying? Why, are you marrying?

I just have to say it. The guy in the grey sweater is what laymen would call an asshole.. a fuck boy, narcissist even. However, I see how deeply insecure his character is and as a result how dangerous to himself and subsequently, to women he could potentially be. The amount of toxic masculinity seeping out of his character's mouth is appalling. And all the humble guy next to him could do was shake his head because he knew it but didn't yet have the spiritual groundedness required to attempt to correct him. He basically hadn't evolved to the point where he could rest comfortably in what he already knew. He lacked confidence. But you, finessed the task skillfully. This was a smartly crafted interview, perfectly balanced. You have different levels of manhood represented: the phase from childhood to the moment a person is traumatized for the first time (dependent), through the moment one is learning how to heal himself (independent) to the moment we begin healing others (interdependent) Well done! P.S. I'm gonna use your wedding ideas for when I get married and I'm going to write about it and spread it to as many people as I can. I never fantasized about getting married either...mostly because I didn't believe in spending a lot of money on a party so that other people can fawn at the fact that I found someone to be codependent on, only for us to be in debt and unhappy after it's all said and done. The idea of attachment just never sit well with me. But you provided a different perspective that I feel aligned with. So, thank you. May we lead the world in beginning a new tradition of marriage that will truly unite us.

#AsAboveSoBelow This may not represent the current state of affairs but "marriage" is expressed throughout the Cosmos. Stars/Suns are married to planets(Monogamy/Polygamy). This is a form of a contract that effects future lineages for an expression of countless lineages to come. When planets divinely married to Stars/Suns decide to separate/divorce, can have devastating consequences for countless lineages to come. #AsAboveSoBelow When we compare ourselves to the Divine order of the Cosmos, the marriages we chose to participate in effect countless lineages that we may not be able to see the future of. These marriages are capable of evolving into beautiful paradises for all those lineages that bear fruit from them or not.
