Johnny could have been a Olympic champion runner in the 50-100 yard dash, his mother persuaded him to choose a music career. My grandmother loved Johnny Mathis very much, she played his music every Friday and Saturday night, thank God for my grandmother!!

I’m not sure if Johnny gets all the credit he deserves. I have been associated with the professional music world my entire life. Johnny is a vocalist that has no equal. A talent that stands above and beyond most. Certainly a voice that defines the very meaning of the Holiday Season. What a gift to the world he is. Johnny Mathis is 77-years-old. He was 63 in 1997. He was born on 9/30/35. He hasn't aged much since this video. There's a video of him singing this song that was recorded in 2010, and he actually looks younger there.
