I cannot express how much I love this man! Since I first heard him, when I was a teenager, no-one has ever touched me so deeply just by hearing their voice. I always loved Michael Jackson but for me, there is only one singer in the whole World who can come anywhere near to Johnny Mathis. Sometimes, I can't bear to listen to him because he overwhelmes me and it's just too much! I've seen him twice in concert in London and I was transfixed for quite some time! I just love him.........forever! Thankyou so much Johnny for sharing you wonderful talent and true professionalism X

One day in my life, I was kissed by Johnny Mathis after his concert last April 24th, in Spokane, WA. What a wonderful performance, he still have the velvet voice, the Johnny Mathis I loved when he was 19 years old. At 80, he still have the same charisma. He is still as good looking as ever. Me too! I was 18 years old....1st row seats (borrowed when someone else didn't show for the concert... he reached down with is hand extended so I reached up and gave him mine. He stood there and sang "Promises Promises" and when he finished he bent down and kissed me. I honestly have to admit that it was the best night of my life! (51 years ago)

Must not have been easy for him BUT he is still lived my millions. I just say him 12/8 in Chicago. It was sold out. His voice is as beautiful as ever and just seeing and listening to him live took me to a place of peace...away and back to a time if simplicity. I was 20yrs old, in the USAF & stationed at Loring AF Base in Caribou, Maine when SNL debuted. I've been a fan all these 50 yrs. Even when I retired in 2022 I'd go to bed, record every episode but my wife would get up early & watch a new episode before me. She passed away on March 14, 2024 after 43yrs together. I've always considered this Billie Ellish song one of the best 2nd Act songs in SNL history. But since my wife passed it's become one of the songs that reminds me of her & the laughs, tears & music we shared. Thanks SNL, Billy and Finneas for a Blessed Memory.
