Great win but it's all about consistency. However, I'm not knocking the performance but we only technical scored just the 1goal.

What a difference can be made by setting your stall out in a way that suits your players, and then building their confidence a bit at a time. Benson has grown 6 foot this season already. The more they play, the more they gel and develop their understanding, the better they will get, and as long as results do not drop off a cliff due to whatever reason, they will get better and better. In this league they will be given time on the ball in the build up, especially at home, and it will make all the difference. Will they go back up? There are some very strong squads, I think this season is more about finding the confidence to play again, and juggling the squad, as a Michel Helik or a Callum Styles leaves us, we will have our pick from the best players in the lower leagues, plus some of the best non first team squad players from the Premier League and Championship. Next season they will hopefully have things in a position where they no longer NEED to sell to balance the books, there's less upheaval, and they can add the last couple of pieces that turn draws into last minute winners, and turn defeat into last minute equalizers. This season I'm going to consider top 8 to be the target, but if things go ahead of schedule they may sneak into the playoffs and then who knows what will happen then. The future is bright, I think, but the real test will be be what happens when they get back to the Championship. Last time they got promoted to it after a club-record points total in League One, they gave away their goalkeeper and captain, their central defensive partnership and their best centre forward, they even gave away Ryan Hedges who turned out to be a half decent player too, all before they even kicked a single ball and they expected to be fine and dandy, and as well all know, they came *THIS* close to going back down first time. They could have finished nicely around 10th to 15th, no sweat, but they made the task almost impossible for themselves before a ball was kicked. They CANNOT keep making the same mistakes over and over again. We all know players will have their heads turned. It's up to us to get the best money we can for them, and to ALWAYS be on top of who the best players are to replace them, not to panic once they're gone and bring in whoever in the Austrian league has been in form for the last 4 months. It's also up to fans to turn up in numbers, or else the players will always leave the moment they start to believe they're worth more than about 6 or 7 grand a week.
