This be a BGM for Johnny as a main epilogue boss for Trevor. Instead of it being T's mom. Like let's say the beginning Johnny and Trevor had a brutal and violent fight instead of instant death. Maybe they've both became even in battlewise. Klebitz gotten away basically rebuilding the Lost back LC and returns back to finish off Trevor. With Johnny having high-leveled military grade armor and wielding a 50cal MG unlimited ammo. And you have to fight through the newly built Lost who are more brute force. Where Michael and Frank and Lamar actually arrives to aid Trevor as he focuses on making his way up to Johnny then another brutal fist fight but Trevor's fighting style changes up to his Beta fighting style but only after Trevor's Rage ability activates on it's own without no timer limit.
