Excellent guide for getting from texturing in Substance to a nice and easy to do high quality render. I now know I don't have to worry about messing around with rendering because this rechnique does it all.

Hello , i have a little question :). What about the heigth map ? I create on substance a height to give more Stone relief . I see it but not like substance painter. It's make more flat, and I neef a little bit more displacement. :)

Great tutorial and you explain it super clear. I do have a question though. I created a low and high poly version of my model in Maya, baked them in Substance. When I go back to apply my textures in Maya, do I apply them to the low or high poly model? I applied them to the low poly version, but it's lacking some surface detail. Should I have applied them to the high poly model? I'm new to 3D modeling and really want to understand why models are processes this way. Thank you!!

Chris Farrell when you bake the high poly onto the low poly in Substance Painter, you’re just gathering all that info from the high poly to be into the low poly. When you apply the textures in Maya or any 3D program, you’ll want to add those textures generated from SP to the low poly asset
