1HD FTE, 100 Series Landcruiser non start issue. Injector Pump SCV?

A video showing the scan tool outcomes whilst trying to diagnose a non start on a 1HD FTE Landcruiser.
Is this an oil pressure switch issue or a Spill Valve issue on the injector pump?

Thanks micheal. We got it sorted. Was a broken wire leading to the power module!!

A tcv is timing control valve and will not stop a 1hdfte from starting but a spill valve can fail

Not yet. I will let you know. Ended up ordering a second hand spill valve driver (edu) module. It is still in transit. If this fixes it I will update this video. Problem appears to be no power to spill valve…. I think.

My land cruiser will start but won’t kick over straight away sometimes it takes more than one anyone know what it is?

Hi Did you find the problem? I got the same issue on my 04 Hdj100, stopped at the shop for 15 min, and would not start when I came out. No fault on the sensor on the pump.

Parts came in yesterday. Fitted a second spill control driver and spill control valve on the pump. Still no start. I’m thinking it’s the ECU or connection to it. I e run out of talent and ideas so trucked it to a auto sparky. I will post a response when they diagnose and fit it. Have u had any luck with you wagon?

@@carldeimel2192 I’ve dropped my wagon to a auto sparky. I’ll let you know ASAP. Was going to try calling them on Thursday and see if they have had a chance to check it out. Fingers crossed it’s something simple.

Hi, yes I found what the problem was It was the bracket for the spill valve control unit that had rusted so much so I lost ground. Took a wire from the battery and to the control box. Started immediately. Have you checked the crankshaft sensor?
