Almost everyone talks about health, wealth, family, aging, etc. All the material stuff. One thing tat will always go down. That’s time. We are here for on a limited edition. What are we born to do in this lifetime that is beyond material wealth or health or family? It’s good to have all things material. But there will always be something in our heart that is more than all these. Certain things are still very taboo to talk about in our modern society. Unfortunately. Anyway, I agreed with Chris on health matters. I am a health freak myself. My health mantra is: If you want your body to take care of you when you are old, you better learn to take care of your body while you are young. As Steve Jobs once said: If you don;t take food as your medicine, someday you will have to take medicine as your food. Some of my food do taste like medicine. Such as raw eloe vera, extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, whole lemon wedge blended in water, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, hymalayan salt, chopped garlic, ginger water cinnemon powder mixed with clove powder in water. My one suggestion for Chris is, don't run so much, it’s bad for your knees. Alternate running with cycling and swimming is better. Now you don't feel it. Not yet.
