Round light is easier to install, square light will need very accurate alignment to look good If you choose same fans for 10 locations, got to make sure the fans are not to near to each other because the remote will turn on multiple fans at one time, only way is to adjust the frequency in the remote that should have few frequencies options.
@ricohflex77750 минут бұрын
Do NOT install ceiling fans. It is basically a guillotine over your head waiting to breakdown due to wear and tear. The blade can break off and cut you. Very hard to clean and maintain. If your room ceiling height is low, it is very dangerous if you forgot and stretch your hand up. If not properly installed, the whole fan can crash down while the blades are spinning. Use stand fans. If you don't like the old one after many years just easily buy a new one to replace. It is an error to exclude a skirting on the walls of your rooms.
@rabbiter-v8b3 сағат бұрын
I would rather install air conditioners in the living/dining rooms with some form of enclosure and a combination of ceiling and standing fans. Seriously if the air inside the house is hot, the fans will just circulate hot air.

Another at the 4th yr. Worse, no more parts avail so had to throw away both fans. Never buy Mistral fans again! Be warned!!

Fans must get the air circulator option 😊 not the fan fan as typical . Air circulator fan can move air around the room. If the air in the room is hot it will not blow hot air down to the room. Cause it moves the air around even though the air is hot it will feel cooling 😊

My home has 4 KDK and 1 Panasonic fans from Msia. After a few years, the PCB will need to be replaced or else the fan will slow down and become noisy (orr orr sound). Spark plugs are self-cleaning. At 450 -500 celcius spark plugs’s combustion process burns away carbon deposits that build up on the insulator nose.

I hv similar problem like Mr Loo about 6 months ago. My spark plugs were ok, found 2 of my 4 plug cables mid-fire; diagnosed n replaced by sg workshop nearby my home, costed about $200+. Subsequently I bought a set of 4 cables from Shopee at $50+ n installed, keep old set as spare. Lesson learnt, when yr car is jerking, either replace spark plugs or its cable . Noted that diy cable-replacement is much easier than replacing plugs.
@stephenang4994 сағат бұрын
Mr Loo, I noticed you complain about the heat even in your house, seems to be the side is West facing, you may correct me if I am wrong, but if your side is West facing you should prioritize the awning to be built at the side. There is no real reason to have a awning extending out as you would not be able to have BBQ parties in front due to the awning cover. As for shelter from rain entering and exiting the car, the original car porch should be able to provide sufficient shelter. Anyway RM500 for the spark plugs was still a rip-off. BOSCH iridium spark plugs are about $20 each and you can easily replace them your self with a spark plug wrench.

Yes, it is appalling that your scientists don’t know that yet, but you have to remember who taught your scientists - people in your culture living in this time, who of course don’t know it themselves. But you will know it, probably within 30 or 40 years. That’s when science and religion finally get married. Science finds its true god and religion finds its true guide. The original intention of science and intellectualism in general was to guide religion, and the purpose for science was to find a god - a god of nature, a god of all beings, a god of love and wisdom - so that it wouldn’t do some of the negative things that science has done in your time. Certainly you can look out now at science and say, “What wonderful creations!” yet at the same time look at the same creations and aspects of those creations and say, “Oh, but the way you’re doing this needs to be entirely redone,” to say nothing of creations that science would rather not talk about.

What do you expect when you keep electing a govt that every year wants to push SG to become the most expensive city in the world? Also everytime when asked to spend more on social welfare the govt will then ask you back where is the money going to come from? So of course when the govt is all about money, the businesses will then of course also learn from the govt and try to squeeze their customer hard right? So how ironical to support a money-minded capitalist style high price govt in SG and they scoot off to JB to enjoy low cost of living.

When you say low cost of living in JB, have you seen the salaries that they are paying local staff in JB? Cost of living and salaries often come hand in hand. Not fair to think about salaries in SG but cost of living in Malaysia. Also not trying to side PAP or any government, asking where the money is coming from is the responsible thing to do. The easy thing would have been to borrow and print more money and make citizens happy and win votes and pass on the debt/problem to our next generation (this is what many of the other governments are doing now) which is extremely irresponsible.
