Everything this man builds revolves around implementing a computerized digital control apparatus. Even his satellites primarily serve as a means to interconnect people globally, ensuring constant connection to an ever-present internet control system. The goal is to integrate our lives seamlessly with brain chips and electric, battery-operated vehicles. Battery-powered electric cars are crucial to the rise of this new technocracy. Skilled mechanics and engineers can modify gas-powered cars to operate independently of computer controls, but with electric vehicles, it’s different. With the press of a button, the government, Elon, or his stakeholders could disable a car remotely, turning it into an immobile paperweight in an instant if they deem someone non-compliant. He doesn't even try to hide his intentions. Recently, he remotely disabled a Russian billionaire’s Tesla, showing exactly how much control he holds over these vehicles. --- Let me know if this matches what you intended! 😂

If it is self driving ability there would be space for everything else than just seats there would be places for everything else
@tommybaier784Ай бұрын
I need to get a few things off my chest. I watched the video again carefully, although it honestly takes a lot of patience to sit through these half-baked ideas. But let’s start with the first point, which I think is the most important: the energy problem. If he wants to launch an AI that scales to the level he envisions, he hasn’t presented any proposal, in my view, for how he plans to handle its own energy consumption, let alone address the broader energy issues in the world-even though he was specifically asked about it. Another point is the robot taxis. The basic idea sounds good-self-driving cars for everyone. But how many people are dependent on driving jobs? Many people, especially those working for companies like Uber, rely on their ability to drive. In my view, it’s a serious problem if a single company can reshape the socio-economic structure of entire countries almost unilaterally, without considering the labor force. The whole thing sounds more like daydreaming. And then there’s the chip implant idea. If I understood correctly, the idea involves a machine drilling the chip at high speed through the eye into the brain, even removing bone in the process. To me, this doesn’t sound like a viable long-term solution-it’s more like a tattoo, and I’d say, “let people decide that for themselves.” But a cyber-taxi is not a tattoo. Imagine someone gets run over or is involved in an accident with such a taxi. Who do we sue? The machine? Here we’re placing our lives in the hands of technology-and that’s, to put it mildly, reckless. What if someone decided to reprogram these taxis so they don’t stop at red lights and only stop at green lights? Who’s responsible for the resulting chaos? The same applies to other machines and robots. Every one of them has to be monitored, but how can we demand that? Expecting every owner to keep an eye on their machine to catch errors is absurd. Before handing over responsibility to machines, we need a moral understanding of what that means and the potential consequences. I also want to say something about SpaceX. Yes, SpaceX is an exciting project and has achieved some good things, but-and this is a big but-it involves a huge number of launches that are far from efficient in terms of fuel consumption and payload capacity. Although it may seem better compared to other rockets, I know of a launch method that would use 60% less fuel, allowing rockets to be smaller, cheaper, and easier to get into space. So, that’s my take on SpaceX: good idea, but poor implementation. The idea of landing on Mars, first unmanned and then manned, sounds great but is problematic. Why? Radiation. People would be exposed to intense radiation on the journey and on Mars itself. First, we’d need a space station in Mars’ orbit to provide safe accommodation for passengers. Ideally, drones could be operated remotely from there to prepare landings on the surface. I’m not trying to destroy all of Elon Musk’s dreams, but in reality, much of it is less glamorous than he initially claims. Take Tesla cars, for example: great idea-he got the entire auto industry thinking about battery power. But these cars are about as advanced as a Nokia 5110 in terms of design. What do I mean? Well, back then, you could swap out the shell if you didn’t like it anymore. But with a Tesla, the battery is practically the whole car: when the battery is shot, you might as well toss the entire vehicle. That’s absurd! My suggestion, which I’ve been trying to get Tesla to consider for years, would be to create interchangeable, cross-model batteries. This would bring several advantages: electricity could be stored while the car is not in use. Each car could come with multiple batteries, with the bulk stored, charged, or discharged in networks. This way, the auto industry would not just cater to consumers but would also contribute to the storage capacity of power grids, thereby relieving the grid. I’ve tried all sorts of ways to share my ideas with this company, but as innovative as they claim to be, at the end of the day, they just aren’t.

Another aspect to consider is Musk's approach to company presentations. When he presents Tesla or SpaceX, he rarely gives the stage to the teams who built the products, opting instead to be the sole face of the brand. In contrast, CEOs of other major companies often share the stage with their teams, allowing them to express their insights and introduce themselves to the audience. This team-oriented approach lets the public see the collective effort behind the product. Musk, however, emphasizes his own presence, projecting himself as the central figure, which has contributed to his mass popularity.

Falling birth rates are not a problem if you consider that we will undoubtedly solve ageing in the next 50 years He consistently shows he hasn’t considered that
@johnwilson5743Ай бұрын
No, we won't solve "aging" in the next 50 years. Why not? Because our bodies will fail us. The older we live, the greater the need to replace parts. The life cycle of the mainstream parts: heart, liver, kidneys etc is finite. If anything, Elon and his team are focused on ensuring that our "meat packs" remain healthy while we are alive BUT, the main emphasis, will be the health of our brains. Merging our brains in a sort of Cyborg system will be the future. Our brains with Neurallink inserted, will be linked to computers to enhance data input and access (Internet) and having an enlarged Hard Drive. Our bodies will be either enhanced via Cyborg body parts or completely Cyborg having had our brain and part of our spinal cord, transplanted essentially to a Cyborg body. LOL. Some of those Star Trek and Sci Fi programs were close to the truth. Cheers.

i'm sorry but i don't buy it... firstly, this is corny and dumb af. these guys don't have a clue - they think deregulation is going to solve all of america's competitive problems? try telling educated, socially mobile workers that they should take a pay cut so that the execs can compete with china... they won't do it. pay peanuts get monkey. china still has a quality problem and their infrastructure is really fragile and prone to error (covid anybody?), the argument that you far right wing monsters want to steal all of our money and benefits 'to fight china' wont wash.

@@gokuzawa268 dream on - he hates unions which protect high end wages too and he doesn't pay his bills. this election is a disaster for people who want to earn money themselves. big companies are going to lose their talent because many of them will want to use their capital for investments now so it works for them instead of wanting to work as slaves for musk companies. there will be a mass exodus because he's not a team player and no one will trust US companies anymore (see Boeing). no one with any talent will work for Musk - he'll only get lackies who do what he says. no one will get a cent except him. i think all the talent know that - there's nothing to be had - see ya later US. it's gone Russia style rogue now where no one makes any money unless you want your balls crushed.

@@Humanaut. i dont like dog whistles so I'll say this - we can have all of the good stuff that businessmen like musk and trump do for us like focus, boosterism, technical innovation, efficient work and straight-talk without these guys' horrific physical selves glearing at us (these people sound and look repulsive). we can't win by cheating, bullying and ripping the rest of the team off. We should just replace them with AI and win as a team. if i was working at space x and i was the engineer that chopstick catch thing - i'd be speaking out saying - where's my credit?? not musk who's just an angel investor who doesn't even attend the office...

Amazing, and.. where are we supposed to find the resources for "Universal High Income, where anyone can have any of the goods and services they want"? This is not renewal, reharmonization and sustainability with the planet. Environment and Climate wasn't mentioned once. We're at a very clear precipice.

If it goes bad, it's not just the end for the 8 billion people alive today (and many other life forms), but it's also the 80 trillion people that won't get the chance to live life (10 billion population x 100 year life span x 800,000 years to get to average species life on earth).

Over-regulation and redundant bureaucracy is also part of the reason the issue of 'illegals' is prominent. Simplifying the immigration process and streamlining applications digitally would actually allow 'illegals' to adjust their status from within the country, and at their own expense, within days. The GOP could do this and deprive Democrats the opportunity to carry out what they've been accused of wanting to do.
