Can a person rely on Total AV's password manager instead of paying for a separate one?

Just switched from Dashlane to 1password because of the issues faced in Dashlane: 1. Extremely bad performance. Always freezes on browser and smartphones. May be because i have 3k passwords? 1password, no issues! 2. No windows or Mac software!

I'm a long time user of 1password but the v8 with that 34char key and retrieval was very difficult. I almost lost every password I had and the support wasn't helpful. I might consider Dashlane then.
