1. Shimano curado 200hg paired on my shimano intenza 7’4 heavy 2. Tridelphia on the bank 3. Largemouth bass 4. Your choice 5. Your choice It would be a heck of a challenge for both of us. The water levels are dropping fast a lot of good fishing to be done so far I have found over 100 lost baits yesterday 2 bait casting set ups and one spinning set up. I cleaned them up put a little oil and grease in them and they work great. yet again another awesome video man , so far I’m undefeated here in Maryland and I would like to test my skills. Another great challenger and another great challenge. You guys went to war on this one.

The way he spooled that reel is the reason its acting that way. Always thread your line through all the guides and hold slight tension on your line while spooling. Spooling line from a bag with reel in hand with no tension is no bueno. At least I belive this to be the case.

"The Reality of Fishing" - The Movie. Thanks for sharing this. One comment: I believe the reason Chris kept breaking his line is because it was spooled too loosely. When braid isn't spooled tight enough, the line on top digs in between strands of the line below and gets "stuck." Although not a backlash, it won't come off the reel because it's stuck, causing the line to snap.. or you may even break the rod tip. Blessings!

Maryland based newbie fisherman here, there is a JUICY but snag heavy pond in the woods by my house (Beltsville, MD) , it is not often fished due to the heavy woods surrounding it and not so easy to access banks but it is lLOADED with bass and cats, and not confirmed by catch, but I could've sworn I missed a hookset on a monster snakehead just based on how it hit and me seeing it breach the water on my whopper plopper. would love to see the damage we could do this summer sometime on it!

I have that exact pink micro filthy frog. It weighs 1/4 oz. so can be used on baitcaster, not ideal tho. I use bfs with it creek fishing snakehead and bass

I use an improved clinch knot but I’ve switched over to the polymer knot for lures like senkos and jigs that require a hookset because I’ve lost a lot of fish setting the hook on fish with an improved clinch knot and I stopped losing as many when I switched to the polymer, but I do still use the improved clinch knot with treble hook lures where I just lean into the fish and havnt had any problems using improved clinch with treble baits
