John Johnson well I never liked Slayer anyway. They just come across as utterly vapid with insubstantial riffs consisting of a few notes tremolo-picked into oblivion, and drum patterns with little-to-no variety whatsoever.

@InsomniacDrums it does not come with double bass, but the new set is FAR improved, and DEFINITELY worth buying. if you have a pedal already though you can just plug it in, the new set has 2 pedal inputs directly on the kit

@kobitsakis It takes time to learn, I also spent alot of time learning it.. Before I couldnt keep the rhythm on easy songs as Fuel, Hard to see etc, but Now I can. I still cant hold 4x on Doublebass as it is on This day we Fight!, Nemesis etc but almost :) Just practise, you will get better, its not easy to learn, you got to practise alot actually, but you will learn it :)

Thats actually good advice, sounds like it's coming from a real drummer lol. To add to that make sure you warm up a lot though, if I just randomly start playing like, War Ensemble I burn out halfway through the song, but if I have a good warmup I FC outside of some of the rolls lol. And a way to measure the finger movement is just play fairly fast with one hand and feel the arm with the other hand, if there is movement above about 2 inches higher than the wrist, you are working too hard lol

As far as difficulty goes, Raining Blood is harder; all this has going for it are the tom and snare drum rolls and that bat-shit crazy section at the end. Still, I couldn't play this, can get four stars on Expert Bass as is (easy FC on Expert Vocals).
