That green note is a note you don't have to hit, it activates the overdrive. You can tell because of the green tail, so really all he has to hit is the red and blue

I just saw this four months later, but I have gold starred this song on pro drums and that tripped me up the first time, but because of the spacing of the notes together, you only have to hit the green crash at the end of the fill and not the note directly prior to it. Just thought you would want to know.

i only play drums and i cant even pass this song, but when i watch the guitar player land all those solos 100% i dontget how they keep track of all the notes especially when theyre hammer ons and not really fast. E: i can finally pass the song but i can only get like 90%. the blue cymbal part is where i miss the most notes

I think I read in an article that the charts in Rock Band are supposed to feel more accurate to how the songs are played on the actual guitar. In Guitar Hero's case, they're treating it more like a game the charts are made more difficult, but still close to the song because of that. I don't know if I exactly have that right, but that's what I found out.

Well... since those actually are tom strokes, I don't see the issue. The only thing "wrong" with the drum chart, as far as I could tell, is that half the bass drum notes are missing because that wouldn't be playable on the original RB drum set.
