Well if you can see, he's playing on an electric kit-- not a Rock Band kit. So...he's playing "real drums" unless you mean acoustic in which case it's hard to tell. He's not using his fingers very well which means he probably doesn't take lessons or has a bad teacher. He has technical ability, but that could just come from playing this song 5,000 times. Ahad Zeb Pro drums are the advanced Rock Band drums, or in this case an actual e-drum kit. This song is known to be one of the most difficult songs in the instrumental games series that was introduced in Guitar Hero 3.

CommanderCorner It is only notorious for its guitar playing. The dtumming is far from hard or impressive. This dude however deserves major props for playing it on this mode where the notes are not visible. This really adds a whole new layer of difficulty to the piece. The drumming on itself however is not difficult at all, much rather phisically demanding.
