If Deadpool makes enough money, studios could potentially take a chance and try another Spawn film, a Kick-Ass 3, a blade reboot and an R rated Ghost Rider movie in the MCU, and hopefully Dredd 2.

On Deadpool: Kevin says it will be great, i think it looks great as well he isn't hyping anything he actually said it pretty casually and had the same reaction we all did at the trailer. There is a huge Kevin Smith hate group in the comic book dot com but they wrote the headline like he said it will be the greatest marvel movie ever, in short it was written to hate on. Anyone who says: OMG GREATEST MOVIE EVER!!!! deserves hate lol, but that's not how it was said... Just came off their Facebook boy you think Smith shit in there cereal

Kevin's not exactly on point when he was saying audio podcasts are the best and eventually every one will listen. Take me for instance, I don't work a job where I can LISTEN to podcasts while I'm there. So I WATCH them when I get home. If I'm at home, I don't want to stare at a wall and listen to a podcast after I get off work. It might sound stupid to some people, but I miss out on alot of podcasts because of this. That's one of the reasons JRE is favorite podcast. SInce the beginning, they've always had video on their podcast. It ups the quality and feels more personal imo, like you're actually chillin there with them, as appose to listening to them through a wall. For example, I've probably only seen 3 or 4 of Marons podcast or the audio Fatman on Batmans, while I've seen at least 300 of Joe Rogan's or Norm Mcdonald's. It sucks too, because I know they're both probably really good and interesting. It's not that hard, just turn on a camera and put it on a table. It's that simple. Nobody cares whether it has fancy edits, or are wearing makeup and are "camera ready" lol! Anything is better than nothing.

@AlexDelarge19908 жыл бұрын
goddamn zordan Oh, I have no problem with there still being an audio version. I know a lot of people enjoy just listening to podcasts. I was just saying more people would catch them if there was a video version as well. You can tell just by how many more views these new Fatman on Batmans already have over the audio ones, and they just started these. But I'd prefer a video version of the audio podcast over these. I like these new ones in their own way, but it doesn't feel like a podcast. It feels like a show, though Im pretty sure thats what they were going for. But I can just imagine how funny it would have been to be able see Kev and Marcs facial expressions when they were doing commentary on the old Batman movies on the seesmod podcast awhile back. Lol! Really wish they would do more of those, on the Nolan movies this time, with video! :P

@BenCulture8 жыл бұрын
+Michael Moran -- I was very happy with Deadpool. By all means, expand the genre into R-rated material, while keeping the other things. Keep the Avengers accessible to kids but smart enough for adults. They've already accomplished that. And if you look at Daredevil and Jessica Jones, those would be rated R if they were movies. Civil War is going to be deathly serious, but they will eventually go back to the laugh/cry/leave-happy tone, I hope, because they're damn good at it. GotG Vol. 2 will be very welcome after a rather grimdark 2016.

Hey, Kev and Marc! Great show. Not to be a pedant, but Steve Ditko created Doctor Strange and Stan said so in the bullpen bulletins of that year. Now, of course, working with Stan, Doctor Strange became the iconic character we now know, but I'll let comics historians suss that out. Again, Steve Ditko created and wrote Doc Strange and Stan worked with Steve so the dialogue and plots weren't horrendous.

Yo Big Kev. Your comment on "if they can make Deadpool's costume look so good why can't they do a better Apocalypse" is spot on. I like Singer and his set of movies have not been bad but does it bother you as much as me how much they have taken liberties with the source material and missed the mark on things that mean so much like costumes and character choices? I mean when you make a movie titled "First Class" and you don't have the Cyclops, Jean, Iceman, Angel and Beast in it it F'ing makes me nuts. You?

where's foolkiller? where's moon knight? where's moondragon? and honestly, the way deadpool suceeded, the next logical step is the earlier fourth-wall breaker, She-Hulk. After they realized she was terrible as a straight female Hulk, they made her a brilliantly funny one, and one you also had to take seriously. i think the show idea where she's a lawyer by day really works, esp with her own later history, where she's Jennifer's brain in SH's body, so she does practice law, all hulked out, and doubles up as an Avenger. *hello!* I rest my case. or Marc's case.

Not to be pedantic, but Claire Temple in the comics wasn't Night Nurse, she was Goliath's (the giant dude that got a hole blown in his chest by the Thor clone in Civil War) ex-wife, and romantic interest for Luke Cage. Rosario's character was a mishmash of Claire and the three leads from the Night Nurse comic. Rosario was great, but screwing with the backstory like that makes me flinch. I'm old enough to remember an Italian Red Skull. Just sayin', it's a slippery slope, man.

Any Mercs for Money movie or whatever would be an obvious extension of Deadpool's popularity, that much is clear. But then again, that really goes no different for the comic itself I guess. To be fair there is probably more there that wouldn't work then that would, and I'm okay with that.
