My roommate belly-dances using the "tribal" style and she had to work out for a couple months just to have enough endurance for a 10 minute routine... and she was already in good shape!

Those combinations of soft and hard. Wow!! A lot of dancers have a ballet feel, or a looser style. They are wonderful. However, she mixes the two in a poetic way I could really watch for hours. An aspiration for me, but will never be. That's fine. She is a wonderful inspiration.

I love her dancing, she is so graceful and elegant. The music is soulful and does not call for a great outpouring of happy emotion so much as quiet intensity, which she does have. 'Yearning' is a masterful piece of music and she is exquisite as a dancer. Her drum solo is so precise and impressive. No comparisons necessary when appreciating a good dancer.

hell yeah it is! Any aerobic activity done 3 times or more a week will have you shedding pounds! Walking will do as well, just elevate your heart rate for at least 20mins, the longer the better! each time. Stretching and increasing flexibility can lengthen your look also. Can't wait to take my own advice!
