nice video ! i am also testing this deck, its so much fun :) I play juste 2 refrain and 1 tamtam and in the extra 1 bacha and 1 schuberta. So u have more space in extradeck and schuberta is realy nice against fire, purrely, branded etc.

in this hand you could just normal summon the mirror such that by the time you search diabellze you can just pend summon her instead of having to go thru hoops with her and tao, jsyk!

For the melodious version, I just cutted the frightfur package, just too many cards for my liking. Also, for the combo, I wouldn't pen summon Refrain since you need it in case you have to stop any handtrap paired with Veiler or imperm.

Yeah I realized after about the refrain thing. Exceed the pendulum plays around that.

What did you put instead? I feel like the frightfur cards are pretty important to be able to make most chimera plays.

Is there. A combo with just drawing refrain? And refrain with mirrorsword knight?

You can go for the magnum draw 1 here or instead fuse off king of phantom beasts for the berfomet fusion and have diabellze on your field. Refrain by itself doesn't really do much. You can draw a card and if it's a monster get into magnum to draw another card. You can make a 2 material appo and pass. The combo for Refrain + Sword is normal refrain, effect to get couplet. Scale couplet, use pend effect to get concerto, fuse those 2 into bacha, cl3 couplet. Bacha summon tamtam, get poly, effect of refrain in scale to dump another refrain. Link off bacha and tamtam into cross sheep. Trigger bacha and concerto. Bacha summon back refrain from grave. Make exceed the pendulum, use her effects and make a 2 mat appo. Pend summon refrain and sword. Sword summon berfomet, get fusion + gazelle, fuse them into king of phantom beasts, do the thing, add nightmare apprentice or the thing you want her to search if you want to keep the draw off concerto. Chimera fusion add back. Fuse either refrain + your search into magnum or fuse king of phantom beasts + diabellze into berformet and send tao to reborn diabellze. Set chimera fusion, go end phase, rip 1.

I think u can. but in that case i would replace the blank with thrust which could get you a normal spell like ostinato.
