Love this! Just a question with regards to dress code, did you say business casual is the norm or is casual t-shirt & pants fine ?
@adrianbruno-mba2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Simon! T-shirt and pants are just fine. For colder days, collared shirt or sweater are ok.

In terms of exams, for iese especially, are there exams at the end of every term for the core courses in that term? And is there like a final exam after the end of year 1 to cover the entire 24 core courses? Just wanna know is it a big jump in terms of studying for the course content from an undergrad degree?
@adrianbruno-mba Жыл бұрын
Thanks Jian. Generally, there are either exams, group/ single presentations or an essay for each course. Most courses have an exam though. There is no one big exam that covers the entire first year. For course content, it is a big jump from undergrad especially if you have no work experience to rely on. Business School classes are more hands-on than just textbook classes as in undergrad. Hope that helps.

@@adrianbruno-mba thanks for your reply. I’m actually looking to apply to IESE, so it seems like you are the perfect alumni to speak to. When I look at the course curriculum there is about 9 core courses per term, that I must say is pretty intense right? Basically after each term there will be exams and course work covering that topic, then they will move on to the next term with new sets of exams after the end of the term that would cover that particular core modules?
@adrianbruno-mba Жыл бұрын
@@options888 Agreed, the first two terms are very very intense! And yes, after each term there are either exams, presentations or essays. After the first term, we had 5 exams. In the second term, the courses reset and you start new courses.

@@adrianbruno-mba Thanks for your reply. In the second year when you did your exchange in your first term, is there electives to be completed? What modules do you actually do in your second year prior to graduating?
@adrianbruno-mba Жыл бұрын
@@options888 I did 8 courses during my Exchange. I could have done even more but 8 was a good number to me. When you come back, you just finish all your other Electives and then it's the Capstone. Then you graduate.
