Tried to think of my own list. Here is mine: 1. Working out (getting in shape) 2. Learning about looks-maxing (grooming, style etc) 3. Understanding women and dating (still on it tbh) 4. Reading about topics that actually matter 5. Setting clear and quantifiable goals 6. Fixing my mental health 7. Learning to socialise 8. Learning to say no, prioritise myself first 9. Cutting the BS out of my life, focus on very few things with all I have 10. Learning about finances and investments 11. Learning to delay gratification 12. Developing discipline and an iron will Feel free to share yours!

As a 17 year old boy, 23:26 is what I NEED to hear. I have school from 6am to 5pm. And I go through the bus in the morning/ At evening, I always sprint hard to reach home and do my 2nd workout of the day. It really feels so nice because it increases serotoninin my body. I sweat really hard after that sprint+workout. Glad that I've been doing most of the things that you mentioned in the video.

Kris, get a damn watch. Omega Seamaster 300m and you'll feel like James Bond. Yes, it's a couple grand, but every time you look at your wrist you got something to be proud of that you worked for. You talk about male status, a quality watch is status (just don't get a rolex, boring, lacks character)

Awesome video! Disagree on the partying though, when it’s worth it & in moderation. Local pubs / same nights agree. Fun nights with your mates in great cities / locations- nothing better. Ofc drinking isn’t healthy, but the social benefits / fun are defo worth it sometimes Personally, would rather be 35, maybe slightly behind the sober person, but no regrets of “missing out.” Genuinely believe you can do both and I have done since was 18 with business, gym, relationships etc not really being effected
@rockyblumble

Yeah plus if socializing is a weakness of yours you should probably take a season to level that up, lot of people in this space use their "monk mode" as an excuse not to talk to people and face their social anxiety

Just dont quite agree with the below 12%bf and eat just enough part as it sounds like everyone should be like that, while it is just the desired end point. Most should bulk prior to that and during a bulk bf is like 15-16% and you won't go away by just eating until you are well

I read that one and didn’t really like that book all too much. It just has overly flowery language with little scientific or empirical data to support its claims. It also doesn’t consider the female gaze of attraction from a biological standpoint where women need to balance short term mating with long term stability in their sexual selection. This just makes a lot of masculine-feminine polarity concepts in the book somewhat overly simplistic and unscientific. So overall there’s some good ideas in there but also a lot of completely unscientific spiritual woo woo bs in there which is why I don’t really like it.
