I don't think the average person can fathom how impressive that is. I did the Rogue heavy challenge which was 1 mile as fast as possible with 100lbs and that was hard enough. But to add all of the pull-ups, push-ups and squats and 2 miles total??? 🤯 And cue the rain storm! 😂 Congrats Dan!

Dan, well done, and thank you! Unfortunately, Veterans, especially SOF guys have a tendency to embellish. Yes, we will carry our ruck which are 100+ lbs to an Objective Rally Point (ORP), which is about 200 to 250m away from an Objective. But then we down everything we don't need, when we are ready to Assault we are probably wearing 20 to 45lbs between: Plate Carrier, 3-4 Mags, Radios, Grenades, and your helmet with NOD's. We spent 20 years at War and learned "ounces equal pounds".
