This is awesome. I gave up on my spitronics setup about a year ago and went back to a stock ecu. Seeing how simple this was I’ve decided to dust off my spitronics box and give it another shot. It sounds like you were able to get some good help from customer service which I was never able to do.

I'm not a tuner but I have had two different aftermarket ECU's in my vehicles at this point and have loved the options being able to tune it gave me. Hopefully this one works out way better for you!

Relating to your battery situation, I had bought a VW from someone and one of the previous owners put a giant battery under the hood and the positive terminal rubbed its way through the insulation and melted and little hole straight through the hood. Luckily no electrical problems tho.

How much easier would this be if I wasn't doing a swap? I'm looking to do a standalone in my gs400, and I am definitely not a wiring guru.

Hey man! im in the middle of my swap and was hoping i could get some info on how yout wired the alternator, starter, and ac condensor
@BuildsNotProjects2 жыл бұрын
Alternator I bypassed the computer and just run the field wire to ignition key on power and starter just ran s-wire to factory harness starter wire coming from relay. My truck doesn’t have a/c yet so I don’t have info on that
