The blinking thing at the end is so real though. When I went for Tracer achievement I stuck my pulse bomb onto an Orisa, who held forward at my team so I ended up blinking into her and elimming her and myself at the same time 😭 fantastic 1v1s, everyone did great!

Its easy to notice how the players get better with each rank. Gold player for example started to do melee albeit rarely which Bronze and Silver never did but at times like 10:21 still does questionable things. (why stall when Jay is almost dead and he can self heal as Lifeweaver. also the ultimate was questionable too)

Maybe I'm just schizo but I don't think that damage is the issue with supports being broken other then Illari, Zenyatta, and Kiriko, it's mainly how much damage they negate from the entire game.

In a game, of course the t500 tracer or soj would win, but if they ended up in an isolated duel in the same game vs a master's bap, they'd likely not win the duel and have to disengage after lamp. Which is insane to me. A player who is that much worse than you should not be given so many crutches to be able to go toe to toe with you in a duel, that's seriously messed up.
