I love Necro and playing ranged DoT builds. But I wish there were better clips show casing the build Most of these "Xing clips" are versus low CP and potatoes. No complaints we all kill potatoes. But i dont chose builds based off of their ability to kill swuishy people but rather how they do vs sweaty boys.

Thanks for the message. I think the reason you don't see 1vX clips against good players is because good plays will roll, reposition and heal. Newer players or bad ones don't thus you get more clips with them.

If you pvp a good player then the fight ends up being 10 mins long, thus you cant really 1vx good players

Like his setup better with soul assault is he running all blood thirsty or a mix of swift What race & mundus is he using

Swift x1 if I recall and infused damage x2. Mundus is lover. Race breton if I recall or dark elf. One of those. Either work just change a glyph. His setup with the deadly helps more for 1vX but is less damage. The setup I use is more damage as dragur hits harder by around 15-20% so it depends if you want to sacrifice damage to gain a little more heal power from hots when on the front bar. With soul assault you can use it as a pseudo execute but you find it his hit and miss - he also notes that too.

It will work but is less damage than dragur. Deadly strikes would be a good stop gap as it can be bought.

@Ibletrog87 it is very good defense wise. In the clip it is deadly with structured entropy but dragur works fine too with it - entropy is the key with spell power pots to boost survival.

Why use the morph of blast bones? What abilities is he using it to buff?

It buffs class abilities AND does 15% damage with dots. Your target takes 15% more dot damage. Tool tips don't show this but you do get that 15% boost thus this is a great morph for the build.

Magsorc is very strong this patch and the fact this necro setup actually has enough damage to 1vX (granted vs not so good players) is still impressive given how meh the class kit actually is - especially magcro.

First, respect paying necro. Second, to all lost souls out there, necro is still trash, now more trash than before update. You can kill casuals on any class/ build, even on necro, but dont let this video feed your hope that your necro will be atleast sem-viable. Is not. You wont be able to take 1% of good marc sorc with this build. DK, and NB when go to 40% HP will outheal it with one key, WRD hot will literalty 100% counter your dots. Wont even mention templar. So guys, mush to the forum and ask for necro fix. Or spend your time and gold, playing RP class (comming from necro main)

Apologies for the delay. I agree with what you say overall. Necro is a fun class but it isn't meta by any means and has some real woes. Scribing is helping it a lot in my opinion so I hope to see more builds and I have some the way myself.
