In my country, seller recomend use 24V DC 5A for better audio and power

Use 24V and 10A = 240W. This amp can output about total 160-180W at 1%THD, its not 100% efficient so you need a little more power so about 8-10A should be enough. And don't use 12V - power will drop to 60W or something. With 5A you will get about 100W total. power = 24V*5A = 120W. Depends on how hungry your speakers are. It could be still enough.

Bro, you are using a 12v 1a for this amplifier board, technically, an electronic cannot give us more energy than we are giving it, with 12v 1a the R/L outputs are giving 2.7 Watts (4ohms) and the subwoofer output gives 2.7 Watts too (4ohms), you need 24v 10a or 12v 20a (still left over current for the bluetooth board), so always apply 10% more power than the output of a Class D amplifier gives, for it fully work! 😁 Amazing video!!

No. Output power = (Voltage * Voltage) / load resistance (speaker impedance) so any amp (unless its car amp or any amp with built-in voltage booster) powered by 12V will output less than 36W with 4 ohm speaker no matter if its 50W or 500W amp. In real world about 15-25W due to amplifier's efficiency (Class D amps are about 85-95% efficient). You still can use that PSU but you won't get full power this amp can offer.

PCB board is not showed fully, ...only speakers!! Bro please share the PCB and it's components, because the market of audio PCB board is richhhhh by duppplicccates PCB boards!!! And you aarrr the agent of aallll this.plaease share which PCB you are using for this video and please remove the heat seank for IC which is used for this board. I am not saying this in air because I have purchased board from market as original but the ic's are duplicate. Here no option to add or attach any file. I have all proofs. this bord is rubish, i bought and stereo output aprx. 10-12 w not more and inductances heated 15w tda is much better than this one
