You use the potion to open a door to subspace. In subspace, any veggies you pull up will turn into coins.

I think all stars games don’t look as good as the originals, but I hate super Mario 2 USA ‘s textures so much that to me the all stars one makes me want to get it, and I dislike smb2usa in general.
