I feel like this is a rerun I've watched already but its sleeting snowing all day today so I'm going to get me a cheeseburger and french fries and come back do a little mechanic work putting a rear end in the big chair and enjoy this just as much as i did the first time river certified comes on at 4:00 pm probably be about the time i come out of food coma

I can't wait til spring. Sadly walking on my way home trending through the snow I stepped on black ice fell and twisted my ankle. I'll he out of commission from work for a few. I received a lighter quality diawa reel for my ugly stik big cat spinning rod and reel combo. I tested the drag and everything this reels great. I didn't go fishing due to my ankle but she's ready to use come spring. 😀 Hopefully I'll land nice catfish. I haven't landed sadly any catfish except for at night. Fair sized white catfish yellow bullhead and your typical bullhead and brown and black bullhead catfish. I love catching catfish. I've used green pumpkin and black and blue with a rage tail menace white flash that resembles small baitfish. These rage tail menace shad imitations with procure catfish candy by procure works amazingly. 😀

sorry Dude, but everyone knows that you can't catch big cats in the winter. all of those fish were just a big fluke. Once it gets cold, they hibernate down deep. Yep, you hear it all, the only big issue in the winter is us being able to get out there. Yeah, they might bite a little slower but they still eat. I ended up sliding down a very steep bank into the water one winter back in the 80s. It was on the Ouachita River, I cleared out every saw briar within reach as I slowly slid in, luckily it was only 4 feet deep at the edge. Was super happy that the heater worked great in the truck. Didn't have my drag set right or it froze up but got my line broke very quickly. Enjoyed it again Austin
