Looooove these videos! My favorite were the wicker stand and the pottery piece. I have found so many beautiful hand made pottery pieces at the thrift store for my cactus collection. I have ruby slippers begonia. She was winter deteriorating here in dry Canada. So put her in my cool basement under fluorescent lighting. She has recovered unbelievable. Come spring will put her outside. Thanks Ashley for this fun tour. 🇨🇦

I think I’m going back for it! 😃 FYI my string of turtles from Planterina came in a deep pot and died a slow sad death (I still have PTSD) bc I didn’t realize they have such a shallow root system. If you do pull the trigger repot into a shallow pot if they’re not already! 🐢

If you like the begonia with the silvery pinkish sheen. I have a Maurice Amy that is really shiney the new leaves are mostly silver with a pink flush, and the pink just gets more pronounced, probably one of the most shimmery/metallic begonias I have. It's also a cane begonia which isn't as fussy as the Rex.

I for some reason really hate Begonia's...but love your enthusiasm in your video's when you see them....I went thrifting also today and found great plant stands & pots. I went past Home Depot & found a really full string of Bananas & String of Dolphins. I asked the lady in that Dept if she could reduce the price & she reduced them to $6!! The ends looked a little frost bitten...but I cut it off and it looks Great now! I love your videos!!!🍃🌱🌿💚

So mant plants on my wish list i would of gone brioke.(lol) on the thrifting there was a wicker tary basket with handles i could see hanging buy a window filled with little plant or succulent/cacti also a metal and wicker or bamboo sides i would do the same with how cute and space saving could that be.

Yikes! Mine came from a plant that came from a stolen piece of a huge plant in a restaurant years ago. I have transplanted it once to a larger pot in over a decade. It is rootbound and seems to like that, along with sitting in a window year around with mostly eastern and a tad of southern exposure. I rarely water it and it just doesn’t care, but they do like a lot of sun. It blooms freely every summer. I had been told years ago that they love humidity but don’t think so. I was working as an agency nurse in a psych hospital which had several huge variegated ones hanging in a hallway with a greenhouse type roof, thriving in a dry environment and I bet they rarely were watered. I think they just like bright light.
