It is a known fact that Lionesses abandon their cubs - most times not by choice(for example, when they get killed on a hunt), but the cubs will never run away from their mom as can be seen in this video - they patiently sat and waited for her return, which she luckily did. Lionesses usually all share in feeding the cubs within the pride, so if she's their aunt then they should be very familiar with her. Eitherways I'm glad the cubs were safe and reunited with mom. @raulishnikovdancer2346 - I have to agree with you. Seems like there is also a "pause" in protecting them. Maybe that is the reason that they have no confidence yet? Thanks Raul.

They were better off in the grass instead of just out there in the open like that though.

I wonder how are they communicating with each other for these young cubs to know not to move from that spot? 😮

@louiswatson6227 - Hi Louis. I did answer the question in another comment here :) Thanks

@KrugerParkGameDrives Thnx, I found the comment & your response but she was only there for a moment and off again and they planted their lil rumps like a tree, we can't even get small children to do that unless there's some type of reward ☺️

They are so obedience, better than human, if they don’t do what mom says they could loose their life and get lost in the desert.

Strange behaviour; exposing them in the open🤔 dont understand why ppl cant give help to the rare needy cases? ☹🤔 Glad the lioness returned; hope they got some food n are safe. Thanks for sharing; its a wilddddd lion world.

My thoughts exactly. Unfortunately Kruger Park is not a zoo and we have to let nature take it's course.
