She is really quite strong. I think it would take quite some practice to do as well. I think I know what you mean though. You should try, it is very good for your body. Probably don't start on olympic level problems though. :)

Just for interest- Do you have any tips to get over the fear of falling ? Sometimes I get quite anxious on the wall! 😊

I think building up slowly is always good. Start off just a little outside of your comfort zone and wait till you feel confident with that and then go a bit higher. I think it also helps prove to yourself that you will be ok if you fall. Hope that helps 😊
