21:58 how Louis moves to the first sloper vs what you try: would be awesome to have just that start move isolated and talked through. Center of gravity, feet, to push or not to push off the legs, where you are aiming for, how bent the arm should be, how to avoid falling away from the wall (and how to adjust for tallness), how to manage tension of stable start -> dip/pre-move -> letting go & going for the sloper. Lot's to learn in that one move!

Great video! What grade range are the yellows supposed to be? I am always fascinated how inaccurate my assessment via video is (my guess would be 7a-7b?) Edit: that cant be it, just rewatched the first portion and they're supposed to be the second hardest in the gym (so prob 7b upwards)? I guess you guys made them look super soft then, strong :D

Pretty sure yellows are actually the hardest. There‘s another color which spans all grades (comp circuit) but yellows are either V7 or V8 upwards if I recall correctly. This is all as far as I remember from all the yt vids I remember from the climbing hangar and could be wrong though (:

Thank you 😊. Yea so not entirely sure as they don’t grade anything at the Hangars they just say “hard” etc. But I think from trying them they probably are 7a/b and up.

Is it just me or is it super annoying that everyone in bouldering just says “come on” while you’re climbing. I find it so weird and annoying
