It was a great idea to interview your Grandpa, and a real treat listening to him. Has he ever told you what were his tips for keeping such a clear and sharp mind? Was he doing crosswords etc. or is bridge and having different interests a magical combo?

Bridge is a highly mental game, he never mentioned specific strategies, but my guess is bridge, eating and exercising right, and having a close family, and genetics
